Failure to make any of the scheduled deposits herein shall constitute a default, and the termination provisions of Paragraph C-28 shall apply.
この上の予定された支払いを追行しなかった場合、契約不履行となり、Ｃ－２８項目が適用される。

C-5 Closing
For purpose of this Purchase Contract, closing shall be the date when appropriate conveyance documents are recorded. Buyer and Seller agree to promptly execute appropriate or customary documents when reqiested bu Escrow.
この購入契約書の目的から、移転に必要な書類がすべて登記した日を持って、クロージングとする。買主ならびに売主はエスクローから以来があれば、速やかに必要ないし、慣習な書類に署名する事に同意する。
Ｃ－６ クロージングの日付、予定日

Ｃ－７ 期日延期について
Extensions. There is no automatic right to extend. If , for reasons beyond a Buyer's or Seller's control, a party cannot perform the obligation to close by the Scheduled Closing Date, then such party may extend the Scheduled Closing Date up to ___________days by delivery of written notice to the other party prior to the Scheduled Closing Date. Thereafter, time shall be of the termination provisions of Paragraph C-28 shall apply. Failure to meet obligations under the Financing Contingencies ( Paragraphs C-24 through C-26) shall not be extension under this Paragraph. The extended Scheduled Closing Date may not be further extended unless both Buyer and Seller so agree in writing. This provision relates only to the extended Scheduled Closing Date.
売主にも買主にも自動延期の権利はない。もし何らかの理由で、買主、売主の力の及ばない理由で延期をせざるを得ない場合、クロージング予定の前に相手方当事者に書面で通知する事により、____日を限度としてとして、クロージング予定日を延期する事ができる。その日以降は期限厳守が不可欠であり、双方の合意がなければ延期されない。延期されたクロージング予定日までに契約が履行できない場合、その当事者は契約不履行となり、Ｃ－２８項目が適用される。
ファイナンスの未確定条項ｃ－２４から、ｃ－２６が履行できなかった場合による期日延期はこの項目に該当しない。
Ｃ－8 期日厳守
Time is of the essence and the Scheduled Closing Date may not be extended unless both Buyer and Seller so agree in writing.
買主、売主双方の書面による合意がない限り、クロージング予定日の延期はできない。
